I totally disagree!

Haha, Harrison, I miss him. Don't you? :) Haha because he haven been tagging me. Wonder if he's still visiting my blog. Hmmm...



Anyway, today was sec3s interview for the upcoming batch of exco. Well, whats your say in this? Well, you (the one reading this post) probably is a current student in Yuying and yeaah, you have a chance to decide, don't you?



Anyway, today interview started like around, hmm, 9AM. Met Lynn and we both went to the classroom to start. To begin with, we had Silly Ong-Zhaoyuan to be the first.



Well, so on so forth.



What I wanna express here, is not meant to offend anyone at all but in regards to today's interview, I just feel unfair. I really do. I'm just being very rational here and I don't see why such can be allowed?!



I mean, everyone knows that when we carry out duties, for everyone, we must always remain fair and able to have the correct judgement and do not allow bias-ness or favourtism get in the way. I do not pin-point at anyone but I'm just surfacing problems that might have affected our judgement. I could get affected as well.



However, I ensure that nothing like such should affect our judgements. Look, this are our future batch of leaders and we have to make proper and correct decisions. We don't want to end up making another wrong decision right? I mean, it's too late to regret when the decision is already made. Anyhow, today's interview might have been a mistake. I wouldn't say it's a total error and everything was all wrong but there are things we could have done better.




What was said to all the sec3s today, to a certain extent, I choose to disagree and it wasn't the best decision. Alright, things wasn't that bad but there were minor issues that we could have gotten rid. Well, another important factor is, personal affairs.



Wouldn't you agree that we should not bring in personal affairs in yeaah? Like, we cannot allow the outside image brought into the interview process and during this interview, it somehow might have been. I really don't wish for the upcoming batch to suffer like what we did. Choosing the wrong people and yeahh, all of you should know what I mean right? Like, you know.....that.



Anyway, what I wanna say to all the sec3s is, though they all might not be seeing it but what I believe is there are certain things I choose to deny about anyone of you because there are times when some of us might get carried away. All of you derserve better and I know it, deep down inside.



For those who chose to lie about how you cannot make it for the interview, shame on you. Tsktsk.



Anyway, tomorrow's there's planning. I just hope no more of this silly mistakes carry on. take care, smile more and always.
